Fox + Spindle Three Cs

COACHING

Your people already know how to do their jobs. We teach them how AI changes the equation.

AI fluency isn’t about replacing expertise. It’s about combining expertise with a new set of capabilities. Our coaching starts with what your people already know and helps them discover where AI can make their work faster, deeper, easier, or simply different.

What this can look like: Job-specific coaching, leadership sessions, hands-on workshops, workflow redesign exercises, office hours, and personalized experimentation.

You might call us when: Generic AI training feels too basic; your experts are skeptical of one-size-fits-all advice; employees want practical help with their own work; or you want adoption without pretending everyone needs to use AI the same way.

What you leave with: People who understand not only how to use AI, but how to integrate it intelligently into their professional expertise.

CONSULTING

Know where AI belongs. And where it doesn’t.

Not every problem needs AI, and not every AI opportunity deserves investment. We help organizations make those distinctions deliberately, then design the processes, technology, governance, and change required to make the right opportunities succeed.

What this can look like: AI assessments, strategy and roadmaps, workflow redesign, technology evaluation, governance frameworks, pilots, and organizational change.

You might call us when: You’re worried about moving too slowly but equally worried about moving recklessly; different leaders have different visions for AI; or you need someone who is willing to say “don’t do this” as readily as “here’s how.”

What you leave with: Confidence about what to pursue, what to postpone, what to avoid, and why.

CHIEF AI OFFICE

Someone should wake up thinking about your AI strategy.

If that person doesn’t exist internally, we can fill the gap. Our Chief AI Office acts as an extension of your leadership team, keeping an eye on what’s changing, what your organization is doing about it, and whether your AI investments are actually producing value.

What this can look like: Leadership advising, roadmap ownership, tool and vendor evaluation, governance, initiative coordination, adoption strategy, measurement, and ongoing opportunity assessment.

You might call us when: AI is important enough that it keeps reaching the executive agenda, but nobody has the capacity to own it between meetings; your organization needs someone looking across departments instead of from inside one; or you need experienced leadership now without committing to a permanent hire.

What you leave with: A steady hand, an accountable owner, and a much better answer when someone asks, “So what are we doing about AI?”

A few combinations jump out at me already. Coaching 4 does the best job of respecting the expertise of the people being coached. Consulting 4 is unusually good positioning because “where AI belongs and where it doesn’t” says something about Fox + Spindle’s philosophy, not just its capabilities. And CAIO 5 has the most personality, while CAIO 2 probably explains the commercial proposition fastest.
