What happens to your policy
The short version: we read it, then we delete it.
- Your document is stored privately in HubSpot. Other people submitting policies cannot see it.
- Only the Fox + Spindle people doing your review can open it.
- We delete it 60 days after we send our notes. If you become a client, it moves into your project files instead.
- Take out client names and anything under NDA before you upload. We're reviewing the policy, not your clients.
- If we use AI tools in the review, they're business accounts that don't train on your documents.
Want an NDA first? Email hello@foxandspindle.com and we'll send ours.
