01 coaching

Your people already know how to do their jobs. We teach them how AI changes the equation.

AI fluency is about combining expertise with a new set of capabilities. Our coaching starts with what your people already know and helps them discover where AI can make their work faster, deeper, easier, or simply different.

We make it practical through job-specific coaching, leadership sessions, hands-on workshops, workflow redesign, office hours, and guided experimentation.

Bring us in when generic AI training feels too basic, one-size-fits-all advice isn’t landing, or employees need practical help applying AI to their own work.

The result is a team that can use AI thoughtfully and confidently, without losing the expertise and judgment that make their work valuable.

02 Consulting

Bring us in when the destination is clear but the route is not, when you need an experienced partner to carry the work from strategic decision through execution, or when you need a partner willing to say “don’t do this” as readily as “here’s how.”

Usually scoped as a project with a defined end state, typically 6 to 12 weeks.

Every project follows the same basic steps. We learn how the work gets done today, what is getting in the way, and what a good result needs to look like. Then we weigh the options, help everyone involved agree on a direction, and design an approach that fits your organization. We test it, work through the problems, set clear expectations for how it will be used, and help your team put it into practice.

The process is consistent. The recommendations, technology, and level of support are tailored to the goal. "More AI" is never the intent. Artificial intelligence is introduced only when the workflow can (and should be) designed around it.

03 Chief AI Office

AI needs an owner.

When that person doesn’t exist internally, our Chief AI Office can fill the gap. Think of it as a fractional Chief AI Officer (fCAIO) with a bench behind it.

We work alongside your leadership team to keep track of what’s changing, decide what deserves attention, coordinate what your organization is doing about it, and make sure your AI investments are producing value.

We advise leadership, own the roadmap, evaluate tools and vendors, set governance, coordinate initiatives across departments, improve adoption, measure results, and keep looking for new opportunities as the technology changes.

You call us when AI keeps showing up on the executive agenda, but nobody has the time or mandate to own it between meetings. When different departments are moving in different directions and someone needs to look across the organization as a whole. Or when you need experienced AI leadership now without committing to a permanent executive hire.

The goal is simple. Clear priorities, real ownership, and a much better answer when someone asks, “So what are we actually doing about AI?”

Who owns AI at your firm?

Ten responsibilities. Who owns each one?

You don’t have to choose the engagement before we talk.

Is there an AI decision you’re working through? Tell us what’s on your mind, what AI engagements keep getting pushed to next week, and any other questions you have. We’ll help you find the next sensible move and the best way to work through it, together.
