How it works

  3. We read the whole thing

    Including the parts people usually skim.

  4. You get our notes

    By email, within 2 business days of your upload. If it would help to talk it through, we'll offer a call.

What happens to your policy

The short version: we read it, then we delete it.

  • Your document is stored privately in HubSpot. Other people submitting policies cannot see it.
  • Only the Fox + Spindle people doing your review can open it.
  • We delete it 60 days after we send our notes. If you become a client, it moves into your project files instead.
  • Take out client names and anything under NDA before you upload. We're reviewing the policy, not your clients.
  • If we use AI tools in the review, they're business accounts that don't train on your documents.
